Eyebrow Transplant
Eyebrow transplantation is a permanent hair transplant procedure applied to sparse or thin eyebrows. This procedure is an aesthetic procedure that has become popular among women and men. Eyebrows play an important role in facial aesthetics. The factor that gives our face the most symmetry and determines our expression is our eyebrow shape. For this reason, eyebrow transplantation is among the most important procedures performed in the face area. Sparse or thin eyebrows can usually occur due to reasons such as hormone imbalance, genetic factors, aging, incorrect procedures performed on the eyebrow, injury or chronic diseases.
My professional team and I manage the treatment processes by considering the comfort of our patients. In addition, we ensure the safety and satisfaction of our patients with high sensitivity by foreseeing possible problems and taking preventive measures.
WHY DO EYEBROW FALL?
- The first and most common reason is incorrect procedures such as microblading or tattooing of the eyebrows.
- Physiological aging.
- Hormonal changes.
- Pregnancy, menopause.
- Vitamin deficiencies (biotin, keratin, zinc…).
- Iron deficiency anemia.
- Hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism (under or overactivity of the thyroid gland).
- After chemotherapy treatment due to cancer treatment.
- Alopecia (ringworm) disease.
- Eyebrow/hair loss following accidents/burns.
- Genetic.
WHAT ARE THE METHODS USED IN EYEBROW TRANSPLANTATION?
FUE method:
Hair follicles are taken from the nape of the neck with a micromotor and transplanted to the eyebrow area by opening a channel. Unfortunately, this method is not suitable for eyebrow transplantation. The reason is that the follicles taken do not contain a single hair. Since they usually contain 3-4-5 hair follicles, when they start growing in the eyebrow area, they grow in different directions and a bad result is obtained. You can see examples in my photo gallery.
DHI method
The method of extraction is the same as the FUE method. The only difference is the transplantation technique. Unfortunately, since the follicles are not single, the results of this method are the same as the FUE method and it is not suitable for eyebrow transplantation. You can look at the examples in my photo gallery.
LOFT technique
This method is a method that I developed and registered for myself. In this method, the follicles are taken long. After they are taken, they are cut one by one under a microscope and each root becomes a root containing a single graft. We can adjust the angle of the transplanted eyebrows as we wish. The most successful method in eyebrow transplantation is definitely the LOFT technique. You can click to get more detailed information about this technique.

Our Patients
F.A.Q
LOFT Eyebrow Transplantation procedure involves local anesthesia with a very fine syringe to the area where the grafts will be taken from the nape of the neck. The procedure takes approximately 5-10 seconds. Although the level of pain varies from person to person, if we score it between 0 and 10 (0 is the least, 10 is the most), we can say it is around 1. A slight pain may be felt the first night after the transplantation, but it can be a minor pain that can be relieved with the simple painkillers we give. There will be no pain the next day.

LOFT (Long Follicle Transplant) uzun saç nakli anlamına geliyor.
LOFT (Long Follicle Transplant) means long hair transplantation. The method of harvesting varies according to the person's graft count. There are two harvesting methods in this technique and the method to be used is decided according to the person's eyebrow. In both methods, it is necessary to harvest the follicles in a LONG manner. The harvested follicles are cut one by one under a microscope and turned into single follicles/grafts. After cutting, we have the opportunity to transplant at the desired angle.
*Stages of eyebrow transplantation with the LOFT techniqueLOFT technique consists of 5 stages:
- Preparation and planning: planning how many grafts the person needs
- Local anesthesia: applied to the follicle area to be harvested.
- Graft harvest: planned number of grafts harvested with the LOFT technique
- Design: the bottom of the face personalized design phase according to the ratio
- Transplantation phase: Specially designed eyebrow transplantation phase with LOFT technique

The shedding of transplanted eyebrows varies from person to person. It depends on the person's body's reaction to the newly transplanted grafts. Generally, there can be a shedding of around 20-25%. Shedding is more at the beginning and arched (last part) of the eyebrow. Sometimes, shedding may not occur at all. If shedding occurs, it usually starts at the end of the first month and grows back again in 6-9 months.
